  • HOW CAN I CONTACT MEREDORA?
    We invite you to contact a Customer Care Representative click here so that we may assist you. Please expect 1-3 business days turnaround.

  • HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?
    After selecting the product you wish to order, please click “Add to Cart” and indicate your desired quantity.

    You may at any time view and/or edit the contents of your cart by clicking the shopping cart icon found in the top right corner of all pages on the website. By clicking “View Cart,” you will be able to validate or edit your cart and then proceed to check out. At check out, you will be prompted to register an account.

    Once your payment has been made, a thank-you page will appear with your order number indicating that your order has been received. A confirmation will also be sent to you by e-mail.

  • HOW DO I ACCESS MY ACCOUNT?
    To access the MY MEREDORA section, enter your email and password into the “Log In” window.

  • WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I FORGET MY PASSWORD?
    Please click the Forgot Your Password? link. You will automatically receive an e-mail prompting you to create a new password.

  • WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
    MEREDORA.COM ships to U.S. addresses only. Currently, we cannot ship to U.S. territories. Please contact us if you have any questions.

  • CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?
    We apologize, but we are unable to allow any shipping address changes once an order is placed.

  • HOW DO I ORDER ONLINE?
    After selecting the product you wish to order, please click “Add to Cart” and indicate your desired quantity.

  • WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS? CAN I PAY WITH AN INTERNATIONAL CREDIT CARD?
    The following credit cards are accepted: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover.

    We’re sorry, but we do not accept: CODs, personal checks, money orders and credit cards from any country.

    If you use an international credit card to place an order on meredora.com, you must ship to a U.S. address. Currently, we cannot ship to U.S. territories, only U.S. addresses. When ordering on meredora.com, please provide a domestic telephone number, and use your U.S. shipping address as your billing address.

    Important information: For your security, your billing name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment, except for international credit cards. We reserve the right to cancel any order that does not meet these criteria.

  • CAN I CHANGE MY CREDIT CARD AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?
    We apologize, but we are unable to allow changes to credit card information once an order is placed.

  • WHICH METHODS ARE USED TO ENSURE SECURE PAYMENT?
    Payments are made via the secure server of our partner, Pinwheel and Square, both recognized payment operators. None of your banking information is transmitted via the website. Thus, payment by credit card is completely secure.

  • WHEN WILL MY PAYMENT BE PROCESSED?
    Your account will be debited when your order ships. You will receive a message from us confirming the shipment of your order.

  • HOW ARE TAXES APPLIED?
    We are required by law to charge sales tax on orders being shipped to the following states: Alabama; Arkansas; Arizona; California; Colorado; Connecticut; Florida; Georgia; Hawaii; Illinois; Indiana; Iowa; Kansas; Louisiana; Maine; Maryland; Massachusetts; Michigan; Minnesota; Mississippi; Missouri; Nebraska; Nevada; New Jersey; New Mexico; New York; North Carolina; Ohio; Oklahoma; Pennsylvania; Rhode Island; South Carolina; Tennessee; Texas; Utah; Virginia; Washington; Washington, D.C.; West Virginia; and Wisconsin.

  • HOW DO I ACCESS MY INVOICE?
    Your invoice will be attached to the confirmation email that you receive after placing an order through the MEREDORA.COM

    If you have an account, you may also access your invoice by going to My Meredora and then to “My Orders.” By clicking the “Download Invoice” link, your invoice is displayed and ready to print.

  • WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING OPTIONS?
    Depending on the weight of your items, FedEx shipping rates will apply. All orders above $99 will receive complimentary standard shipping.

    Orders placed after the designated cut-off times will be processed and shipped the next business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

    We cannot ship to international addresses at this time.

    Please know that due to COVID, we might experience higher levels of delays getting the products to you.

  • HOW WILL MY ORDER BE PACKAGED?
    Every order is prepared with the utmost care and delivered in Mèredora signature packaging.

  • HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
    A tracking link is provided in the email you receive from us confirming the shipment of your order.

  • WHAT IF I THINK MY ORDER IS LOST?

  • HOW DO I CANCEL MY MEREDORA.COM ORDER?
    Regretfully, we are unable to modify or cancel your MEREDORA.COM order once placed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

    In order to receive a full refund, please reach out to us with the product issue by clicking here and we will send you next steps.

  • WHAT IS A HAZMAT PRODUCT?
    A product that contains flammable liquid. Delivery of HAZMAT products is restricted to ground shipping only.

  • WHICH PRODUCTS ARE CLASSIFIED AS HAZMAT?
    Nail colors, fragrances, and some skincare products.
